Working here is really a fantastic challenging atmosphere for me and I worked all the way through 1 year 10 months which is experience enough for me to know about working in a MNC with corporate culture, I am very happy that I had a chance to grow along with the company and it is the encouragement of the management always that made me to grow.

I adapted managing skills by working here in the company, which is very much needed for any one. Also I came to know pressure management and how to overcome pressure in one’s work and how to motivate yourself and others while in pressure.

I hope in future I will be hearing about our OMICS Group as one of the top companies in the world that to in particular one of the top Open Access publishers in the world. By this organization I got to know what is research and its importance and its present situation and role in our society, that to research in the field of life sciences. I came to know about what is Open Access and I support it from now which is very much needed in the current scenario of international scientific research.
